Disruption of Senegal leader is troubling
It was supposed to be a chance for journalists to hear from Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade about global warming. When the event turned violent, it exposed a shortcoming in the city's ability to guard a foreign head of state. Thankfully, Wade wasn't harmed.
